Croatia Airlines enters the Romanian market with three weekly flights (Bucharest-Zagreb), from May until the middle of October, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with starting prices from EUR 179, said Kresimir Kucko, president and general director of Croatia Airlines.

„It’s about the new line Croatia Airlines, where our airplanes fly for the first time in the history of the company. We’ll link the capitals of Romania and Croatia until the middle of October. During this period we’ll provide ten thousands places. I think that many Romanian citizens will benefit of a fast transport connection with Croatia, but also localities outside Zagreb, in the continental side. In the last years the number of Romanian tourists in Croatia reached two digits,” said Kresimir Kucko.

The airline company’s president expects passengers from other countries, considering that Romania is the second big market from South-Eastern Europe.

„On Bucharest-Zagreb flight we expect passengers from other countries, considering that Romania is the second big market from South-Eastern Europe. Due to this fact, the potential of Romanian market I think this line will contribute to a stronger cooperation of our countries from business perspectives,” said Kucko.
