Companies in Romania invest around EUR 70-300/employee for Christmas parties in 2017

According to the consultancy company on the wellbeing programs and corporate events market, Creative and Bright, companies in Romania invest around EUR 70-300/employee for Christmas parties this year.

The highest demand came from companies with over 100 employees, from IT sector, financial-banking, retail, constructions and production.

„This year the demand for Christmas parties increased year-on-year by approximately 30 percent and 75 percent of the demands are for thematic parties. The most popular concepts of our offer were Hollywood, The Great Gatsby and black&white parties. The rest of demands were for customized events, made from scratch by Creative and Bright’ specialists, according to the company’s culture, age segment in which are the employees and the company’s wishes,” said Dana Tudor Tanase, managing partner Creative and Bright.

80 percent of the companies chose Bucharest for the event’s  location, compared with last year when the percentage was 95.

This year the same companies allocated between 5-10 percent of the HR budget in corporate events organization for employees.
