CITR appointed legal administrator of footwear producer Clujana

CITR has been appointed legal administrator of the footwear producer Clujana by Cluj Tribunal.

The procedure was opened at the company’s request, to reorganize the activity and identify solutions for its debts payment. Clujana will continue its current activity under CITR supervision.

“The importance of this Romanian brand with a tradition of over 100 years makes us responsible for it. The history of the brand, the experience of over 12 years of CITR in complex projects, as well as the reorganization intention of the Clujana’ management are elements that make us trust to overcome this period. In the following period, our team will analyze the causes that led to the insolvency, as well as the debts that will be requested by creditors; the preliminary data will be communicated on March 26, 2018. We are confident that we will make a good team together with the company’s management,” said Vasile Godinca-Herlea, CEO CITR, part of CITR Group.
