Real estate developer Werk Property Group kicked off last summer the construction of Vox Technology Park, which requires a EUR 30 million investment.
The project will comprise two office building, with ten, respectively seven floors.
The group has already developed in the past few years over 700 apartments and other industrial, hotel and office spaces.
Virgil Tornoreanu, managing partner of Werk Property Group, will speak at the Realty Forum 2017. See their expansion plans on April 25 at Sheraton Hotel.
