Bosch Service Solutions relocated in Isho Offices

Bosch Service Solutions, a global outsourcer for business process outsourcing, moved operations to a new office building in Timisoara. The company has leased four floors with a total office area of 6,600 sqm in the new Isho Offices real estate project.

Bosch has invested about EUR 1 million in the new offices incorporating innovative architectural elements to create inspirational workplaces that can accommodate over 850 workspaces.

Bosch Service Solutions Timisoara is part of a global outsourcing business process outsourcing company with around 9,000 employees in 27 locations and uses state-of-the-art technology and Internet connectivity for the development of integrated and innovative service solutions in mobility, monitoring and customer experience, as well as business outsourcing (BPO and SSC).

Bosch Service Solutions Timisoara currently has more than 1,000 employees and has recorded a two-digit increase in sales in 2017, making it the leading location in Europe offering outsourcing services to the Bosch Group.

The main factors that led to the growth of the Romanian location are the client-oriented approach, the high degree of complexity of the projects and the linguistic diversity, which allows the provision of services in 18 languages in areas such as IT support and IT consulting, customer relationship management, accounting, order management and customer acquisition services in different business areas.
