Alro invests in the first class room of dual education in Slatina

The aluminium producer Alro founded, together with Metallurgic Technical College in Slatina, and with the support of the Slatina Mayor Office, the first class room of dual education in Slatina, Olt county.

Alro will offer a monthly scholarship of RON 200 for every student, as well as a hot meal during the training.

„The focus of our strategy of long term development, are people, specialists that can implement our expansion plans. An for this we invest in the training of new employees, in the training of future generation of aluminium workers. We are confident that the dual educational system, will be successful and we want to expand it next year by another class room, a new specialization,” said Gheorghe Dobra, general director of Alro.

The first class room of dual education comprises 27 students that will have theoretic and practical training during three years and will get the diploma in machinery and industry installations mechanic .
