Alesonor to expand Amber Gardens complex as part of EUR 9 mln investment effort

Real estate developer Alesonor says it will build another eight energy efficient luxury villas in its Amber Gardens complex located outside Bucharest, in Tunari.

Up to now, the company has sold villas with a surface of over 250 square meters and gardens spanning over 550 sqm.

The project will comprise 58 houses in total and 14 families are living here at this moment.

The developers told BR that the investment required for the completion of the project stands at EUR 9 million.
