Aon Romania, the local branch of Aon plc, leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services, announced on Tuesday that Adriana Grecu will take over as CEO of Aon Romania as of June 1.

Adriana Grecu joined Aon Romania in 2012, holding the position of Chief Broking Officer (CBO), and last year in December she was named interim CEO of Aon Romania.

“I am sure that under the leadership of Adriana, the team in Romania will be able to increase the added value of our products and services for the benefit of our customers, helping to develop their businesses,” said Lex Geerdes, CEO of Aon Benelux and CEE & CIS.

“My short term goal is to consolidate the team and to strengthen the relationships with our customers and partners. I personally consider the human factor to be essential, along with the expertise and adaptation to customer needs. In the medium and long term, I intend to develop a profitable operation, which to constitute a landmark on the brokerage market,” said Adriana Grecu.
