Accenture extendend the 12,000 sqm lease in West Gate with 7 years and added 1,000 sqm to the surface

West Gate, office building owned by Genesis Property, extended its office lease agreement with US company Accenture Services Romania for another 7 years. In addition to the 12,000 sqm allocated to their offices, Accenture has leased an additional 1,000 sqm of offices.

This is the second consecutive extension of the contract, Accenture being present in 2007 in West Gate, when it rented 2,400 sqm.

Currently, the West Gate office park offers a wide range of services and facilities to the business community (consisting of over 10,000 business people and students), such as: a four star accommodation unit, three dedicated parking spaces (a car park multilevel of 600 seats, a paid parking of 170 seats and a campus parking of 180 seats), 1 restaurant, 1 supermarket, 5 cafes, a car wash, a clothes cleaner, a fitness room, a sports ground and outdoor relaxation on the grass.

At the beginning of September, following an investment of EUR 1.5 million, the only outdoor outdoor roller-lane and runway swimming pool in West Gate opened in an office park in Romania.
