A new type of brasserie, 5ENSI – Sensorial Brasserie Concept, based on the trend “World Wide Kitchen” for business and leisure meetings, will open next week in Bucharest, in Victoriei square, in Aviatorilor 8 building. The investment for the brasserie was EUR 600,000. It is a concept developed by the owners of Doncafe brasseries in partnership with Strauss group.
The brasserie will be placed in a space of over 300 sqm . The renting transaction was intermediated by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Ilan Abramovici, representative of 5ENSI: “We want a comeback to the coffee origins, the direct connection with the farmers that crop it- “Coffee from the farmers”. Moreover we invested substantially in the coffee machines, a part of them brought for the first time in Romania. Starting from “World Wide Kitchen” model, the kitchen will have special food for all moments of the day, from the Asian, European and American gastronomy.”
The 5ENSI shareholders have an experience close to 15 years in HoReCa industry in Romania.
