Key move. Adina Damaschin appointed counsel at Schoenherr si Asociatii

Schoenherr si Asociatii SCA announces the promotion to the position of counsel of Adina Damaschin, a specialized banking & finance and projects/PPP/concessions lawyer. The firm’s specialized banking & finance and capital markets practice currently includes 11 lawyers.

Damaschin has a considerable experience in assisting on cross-border and local financing, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and real estate finance. Also, she currently assists financial institutions active in Romania in relation to their transactions or day to day business, and she has been involved in all major projects handled by the specialized team of Schoenherr si Asociatii SCA. In her 13 years of professional activity, Adina Damaschin has worked as a lawyer for a series of international law firms active in Romania, as well as in-house counsel for multinational financial institutions and energy companies.
