New company listed today on Bucharest Stock Exchange’s alternative system

Transcom Sibiu, an auto maintenance and repair company controlled by Atlassib and transferred last fall from the Sibiu Exchange after the fusion between Bucharest Exchange and Sibex, has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB)’s alternative system today, in the AeRO Standard category.

Previously, the shares were traded in the AeRO Base category, and were transferred to AeRO Standard after the company completed the admission procedures.

The company (symbol TRSB) was founded in 1991 and has a social capital of around RON 11.4 million.

Atlassib, owned by Marina Carabulea, controls the company with 51 of shares, and the rest are owned by the state through AAAS.

In 2016, with 23 employees, Transcom had a turnover of RON 2.3 million and a loss of around RON 30,000.
