Florina Onetiu, main shareholder of the Happiness Center (Centrul Fericirii), the first integrative transformation center in Romania, announces the sale of the majority of the shares towards the aesthetics and wellness FIT4YOU network.

Launched in 2015, Centrul Fericirii brought a new concept to the wellbeing Romanian market, which generated a turnover that placed it at the top of the companies in this industry. For 2019, the company reported a turnover of over RON 2 million, with over 10.000 clients and a net profitability of 20%.

“Centrul Fericirii brought the promised wellbeing to thousands of clients during these years. In order to bring the dream further and to excel in serving as many consumers of wellbeing as possible we decided to sell the majority of the business’ social parts towards wellbeing in order to develop an excellence place in Romania by the joining of two strong entities in the industries that will bring, eventually, the biggest added value to the aesthetics & wellness consumer in Romania. The brand Centrul Fericirii will pass through a rebranding period, the B2C area (business to consumer) will transform in some months into FIT4YOU. The new shareholders will keep the same integrated services in the same areas in Centrul Fericirii that will become in some months FIT4YOU:

– Wellness area with body remodeling and facial aesthetics;

– Kinetotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition, medical aesthetics, coaching specialists area;

– Specialized training area with personal trainers;

– Lounge area with juices and personal care.
