Few Romanian real estate companies received, last month, capital injections from their foreign shareholders. The most important contribution being the EUR 35.6 milion for AGI-RRE Zeus, one of the companies through which Alpha Bank Group owns real estate projects.

On the second place is another firm owned by Alpha Bank, the company behind Asmita Gardens residential project in Bucharest, which received around EUR 29 million.

The list of Alpha Bank entities continues with AGI-RRE Poseidon – residential project Blue Tower, now Poseidon Residence – with EUR 16.4 million, AGI-RRE Cleopatra – Cubic Centre – EUR 13 million, or Cordia Residence – 119 apartments residential project Parcul Privighetorilor – with EUR 3.3 million.

Most of these are residential projects in Bucharest, taken over to the credits granted for their development before the financial crisis back in 2007-2008.

Alpha Bank injected capital, as well, in other companies like Ashtrom Residents – EUR 18 million, AGI-RRE Participations – EUR 9.6 million and AGI-RRE Hera – EUR 5 million.

Finally, the Austrians from CEE PROPERTY-INVEST Immobilien GmbH subscribed another EUR 1.25 million to the capital of Roter Investitii Imobiliare and reached a social capital of RON 10.3 million.
