Young Romanian entrepreneurs can apply online for state financing

The session of online applications for two financing programs for small companies- The Program for Stimulating Young Entrepreneurs to Set Up and Develop Small Companies and the National Multi-annual Program for the Development of Entrepreneurial Culture Among Women Managers in the SME Sector- is now open, announced on its website the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Business Environment and Tourism.

Applications can take place online until March 16, 8 p.m.

The beneficiaries of The Program for Stimulating Young Entrepreneurs to Set Up and Develop Small Companies will be entrepreneurs up to 35 years old. They can submit online financing applications until the RON 21 million (EUR 4,668,300) budget runs out.

This program offers non-reimbursable financing of 50 percent from the total value of the business plan expenses, but no more than EUR 10,000.

The budget of the National Multiannual Program for the Development of Entrepreneurial Culture Among Women Managers in the SME Sector is RON 500,000. For 2014, there will be 12 beneficiaries of de minimis non-reimbursable aid as part of this program.

Companies that cummulated over the past three fiscal years de minimis aid in total value of EUR 200,000, either from national or community sources, are not eligible for this program.
