Vodafone Romania posts EUR 164.7 mln revenues in fiscal Q4, down 5.8 pct

Vodafone Romania revenues decreased in the fourth quarter of the 2014-2015 fiscal year with 5.8 percent in organic basis compared to the same period last year, to EUR 164.7 million, according to data released on Tuesday by the group and quoted by Mediafax.

The fourth fiscal quarter corresponds to the January-March 2015 period.

In the fourth quarter of the 2013-2014 fiscal year, Vodafone Romania registered revenues from services worth EUR173.03 million.

In the third fiscal quarter, Vodafone Romania’s revenues from services fell by 5.8 percent in organic basis compared to the same period of the previous year, to EUR 167.6 million, following the 69 percent cut of termination rates.

On March 31, the number of mobile telephony users was 8,056,000, of which 58.1 percent prepaid cards users. On January 1, the number of mobile telephony users was 8,016,000.
