Ursus leases 9,300 sqm in Log Center Timisoara

Immofinanz announced on Thursday that it has signed a fiver year lease for 9,300 square meters of logistic space with Ursus Breweries. The brewer will become a tenant of Log Center Timisoara, one of the biggest logistic properties in the Immofinanz portfolio.

The contract covers five years starting with June 2014 and includes a 9,318 square meter surface and an exterior concrete platform of 10,000 square meters.

“We are delighted to welcome Ursus Breweries among our tenants and to conceive another long term partnership in Romania. This collaboration illustrates our capacity to offer our clients personalized solutions, adapted to their specific needs, both in the office and the logistic segments”, according to Sorin Visoianu, Country Manager Office and Logistic for Romania and Bulgaria.

Overall Immofinanz has 88 properties in Romania and at present it has 17 projects in the pipeline. The developer’s local portfolio is estimated at EUR 700 million and it consists of 9 office buildings, 6 retail projects and 3 logistics parks.
