Softelligence, a Romanian company specialized in developing and implementing business software for the financial, retail, distribution, IT&C or pharma verticals, has announced the takeover of the rights for the development and trade of the Kazier app, a software launched in 2008 by Zero Paper, led by businessman George Butunoiu in 2008.
The deal was sealed on June 1, 2014, with the integration of the Kazier team and customer portfolio into Softelligence.
Kazier is a business process management and document management solution that helps companies organize workflow, projects, contacts and documents, and makes the information easily accessible into an electronic archive.
“The partnership with Softelligence was a natural decision for Zero Paper, because Kazier can deliver much more complex business targets, but it needs to integrate complementary solutions that have already been implemented as well as product development (…) The decision to transfer this solution to the Softelligence portfolio was made as a result of the wish to develop and perfect the Kazier decision,” said George Butunoiu, managing partner Zero Paper.
For the current year, Softelligence estimates a EUR 1.5 million turnover and a 14 percent profit. The company aims to grow its international activity by delivering business software services abroad and exporting Softelligence EBS, Softelligence Kazier and Softelligence e-Broker intellectual property.
