Ride Along movie staging Romanian actor Dragos Bucur dominates American box-office

In a review made by Box Office Mojo, it is underlined that Kevin Hart/Ice Cube comedy Ride Along took third place in the American box-office with USD 84.7 million through its first 15 days. The movie set a new January opening weekend record with USD 41.5 million, and proceeded to hold first place for the following two weeks as well. By the first weekend in February, Ride Along will pass USD 100 million, which is a great result for a modestly-budgeted comedy.

Ride Along tells the story of the fast-talking security guard Ben (Kevin Hart), who joins his cop soon-to-be brother-in-law James (Ice Cube) on a 24-hour patrol of Atlanta in order to prove himself worthy of marrying Angela, James’ sister. Romanian Dragos Bucur plays a supporting role, those of Marko, a closed companion for Omar, the mysterious ruler of the crime-ridden underworld.
