“Power games in teams” with Mihaela Reese, Leadership Coach, speaker at Meet the WOMAN!

Mihaela Reese, Leadership Coach, is the Meet the WOMAN! event speaker, organized by Women in Business in Bucharest, on Tuesday, June 9th 2015, at 19:00, at Capital Plaza Hotel. The event topic will be „Power games in teams”.

Meet the WOMAN! is a business networking event which takes place monthly and addresses both entrepreneurs and women who work in companies and specialize in a certain field.

„Our professional success, either in corporation or as entrepreneurs, depends to a great extent to the people we work with. Along with Mihaela Reese we will analyze the problems that we face as a team and how we can overcome them so that we can be effective and every team member to reach their potential”, stated Alice Botnarenco, Women in Business founder and president.

Mihaela is an expert in leadership development, personal strategy, executive coaching and team coaching. With her academic background, positive nature and lightness of being, she easily uncovers blind spots and helps her clients increase the flow in their lives, both business and personal. Keywords to describe her are connection, results, inspiration, discipline and impact.

She built up successful teams and experienced the challenging path of leading people to high performance. Graduating an EMBA and being four years General Manager in the IT&C industry, expanded her view and understanding of business complexity. She is Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.

The event access is done only by reserving a seat and upon confirmation registration. Women in Business members have priority and benefit from a 25% discount from the attendance fee.

ABOUT WOMEN IN BUSINESS

Founded in 2009 by Alice Botnarenco, the Women in Business organization develops projects which address entrepreneurs and women who work in companies. In 2012, she represented Romania at Global Summit of Women, the largest international economic forum for women, relaunched the www.femei-in-afaceri.ro website, positioned as an information portal with information from the female business environment and created the first online business platform for Romanian women.

Initially an online community, Women in Business has now over 2000 members on its LinkedIn group and a few thousand participants at over 200 business networking events which took place during its 5 years’ existence.
