Maarten Koudenburg is the new Supply Chain Director for Heineken Romania and is set to start working on June 1. Koudenburg will replace Ed Van Willengen in the management team, following the latter’s appointment as Supply Chain Director for Heineken Russia.
“I am delighted to take over this position within Heineken Romania and to lead a team of professionals that are constantly looking for sustainable and innovative ways to offer quality beer to Romanian customers”, according to Maarten Koudenburg.
“We are happy to include Marten in our team”, according to Onno Rombouts, Managing Director Heineken Romania. “Maarten has acquired valuable experience in leadership positions in the 13 years he’s worked for Heineken and has shown a deep understanding of the Supply Chain division. I am confident that Maarten’s commitment and know-how will help us improve our performances and face the challenges of the beer industry”.
Maarten Koudenberg started working for Heineken Netherlands in 2001 and has filled several positions in the Supply Chain team. In 2010, he was appointed the Supply Chain Director for Societe Nouvelle de Brasserie in Tunisia and in 2012 he took over the position of Area Supply Chain Dreictor for the African Middle East region.
