German airline Lufthansa announced on Monday that it would be forced to cancel over 3,800 flights because of a pilot strike. The move would affect over 425,000 passengers from Wednesday, April 2, to Friday, April 4. The three days of protests are going to especially affect Lufthansa, Lufthansa Cargo and Germanwings flights.
During the 72 hours of strike-time, the german company will operate only 500 flights, down from the regular daily schedule of 1,800 flights.
