Leo Burnett Group announces new structure, management changes

Leo Burnett Group announced the streamlining of the client service procedure and the integration of the creative process under the ‘Bigger ideas, bigger campaigns’ umbrella.

The new Leo Burnett Group will integrate the ATL services of Leo Burnett & Target, the digital services of iLeo and the brand activation services of Arc.

Razvan Capanescu is now Chief Creative Office at Leo Burnett Group asthe firm is announcing a new positioning and redefining the range of services for the post-advertising age. Capanescu joins in the management team of the company Lorand Balint, managing director and Andreea Boac, managing director.

“For Leo Burnett Group, 2014 will be the year we switched to a new business model, focused on the ability to provide our clients with the best solutions, truly integrated and media neutral […] We share the client service, strategy and creation, one P&L and a management team. In this way we can rapidly and efficiently create multi-disciplinary teams, that can perfectly work to answer any kind of brief,” said Lorand Balint, managing director of Leo Burnett Group.
