Kilipirim Book Fair to take place in Bucharest

The Kilipirim Book Fair will run at Sala Dalles from March 18 until March 23. It consists of an array of Romanian and imported books, music and audio-video objects and antiques such as collections of coins.

As the title suggests – “chilipir” being the Romanian word for “bargain”– prices will be affordable, with major discounts ranging between 30 and 80 percent.

The publishing houses invited are Humanitas, Rao, Curtea Veche, Polirom, Cartea Românească, Nemira, Trei, Litera, Orizonturi, Univers, Corint, Herald, Aramis, Girasol, House of Guides, Vivaldi, Prut. During the five days of the fair, the organizers prepared a series of events dedicated to children, young and also for the experienced readers.
