Investor pays EUR 1 mln for 32 apartments in Cosmopolis

An investor paid around EUR 1 million on a package of 32 double studios in Cosmopolis, the transaction being completed earlier this year, the developer Opus Land has announced. The apartments were purchased to further be loaned for minimum three to five years, reads a Cosmopolis press release.

A similar transaction was closed in 2013 by an investor who bought an entire building within Cosmopolis, the transaction value amounting to over EUR 2 million.

Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, manager and exclusive agent of Cosmopolis residential project, launched in 2014 the “Turnkey business” product addressed to people who want to purchase one or more housing in Cosmopolis, in order to rent them afterwards. 40 homes were purchased through this product, all being currently rented.

400 homes and new facilities will be completed this year in Cosmopolis, following investments amounting EUR 18 million. Cosmopolis will reach to over 2.100 homes, the community within the project being aimed at totaling more than 3.700 inhabitants.
