Madalin Rosu, current director of damages for Generali Romania, will take over the same position for Omniasig VIG starting with September 1st and he will also be appointed a member on the Directors Board for Vienna Insurance Grup, writes wall-street.ro.
“Madalin Rosu will take over Artur Borowinski’s responsibilities and he will act on the Board of Directors, as member, with regards to damages, claims and retrievals. Omniasig VIG forwarded the necessary paperwork for approval by September 1”, according to Mihai Tecau, president of Omniasig VIG’s board of directors.
Borovinski was vicepresident of the board until the end of April when he mandate ended. Starting with May 1 he took over the Polish company Compensa Vienna Insurange Group.
Rosu started working as director of damages for Generali Romania in October 2007. Previously he worked for Interamerican Romania and Europ Assistance Hungary.
