Experiences on auction to raise money for high school students

A fundraising event will take place on January 31 at Galeria nou9 ( 9 Aviatorilor Blvd.), raising money for educational programs for teenagers through the Youthbank program. The “Experiences Auction” consists of a series of events people can attend if they are willing to place a bid.

The experiences offered are: seeing a general rehearsal of a well-known theatre, a visit to a designer’s creation place, a session of art therapy, training for public speaking, workshop of photography theory, session of indoor alpinism and also theoretical training, tango classes, a romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day, 15 minutes flight with a plane, off-road trip outside Bucharest.

Through the YouthBank program teenagers are encouraged to promote and manage a fund for projects developed by high-school students, with the purpose of developing their local community.

The event will start at 18.30 with a concert of the Classic Beat Orchestra.
