Euromall developing luxury residential project in downtown Bucharest

Real estate company Euromall will be developing a luxury residential project, Vernescu Residence, in downtown Bucharest. This is the first residential investment for the local developer controlled by Israeli investors.

Vernescu Residence will include 36 apartments and is developed through Metropolitan Developments, owned by Euromall. The project is set to be launched next week.

The building is located on Sfintii Voievozi street, has 5 floors and apartments (studios, 2, 3 and 4-rooms) with surfaces from 63 to 207 square meters.

Euromall recently sold the shopping center it owned in Pitesti to Immofinanz.
