Cosmopolis residential complex sales up 35 percent since start of year

Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania announced a sales growth of over 35 percent within Cosmopolis in the first nine months of this year compared to the same period in 2014, about three-quarters of homes are purchased before completion.

Cosmopolis is a residential project in Romania with over 1,900 homes completed, the community numbering about 3,500 inhabitants. The project includes a Carrefour supermarket, a kindergarten, a park, a private beach on the lake near the assembly, seven outdoor pools, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, a pharmacy, pizzeria and several playgrounds for children. Residents have transport provided to Pipera subway stations or Aurel Vlaicu, and during weekends to the Baneasa Shopping City via bus lines that run at hourly intervals.

Cosmopolis is in continuous development, this year over 400 apartments and villas will be completed as a result of EUR 18 million investments.

Cosmopolis is located in the north-east of Bucharest, near the ring road, between the bridges of Pipera-Tunari and Andronache-Stefanestii de Jos. So far, the Cosmopolis investments amounted to about EUR 260 million in the construction of housing, infrastructure, commercial and green spaces.
