Coca-Cola appoints new market operations director for Romania and Moldova

Petre Sandru has been appointed market operations director of Coca-Cola Romania and Moldova. This is a new position created following the reorganization of the company’s Southern Europe (CSE) Business Unit which now comprises 4 regions instead of 5.

He will report directly to Vikas Chawla, franchise operations director for South-Eastern Europe.

Sandru has been working for the company for the past 8 years. Until presently he was responsible for commercial operation on four regional markets: Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria and Albania. Before this, he worked for another 8 years for JT International/RJ Reynolds where he held various positions in sales, trade marketing, marketing, logistics and acquisitions.
