Changes in Hidroelectrica’s leadership structure

Hidroelectrica has appointed new service and accounting chiefs, bringing into the company’s fold a former manager for Petrom and KPMG and a former financial director that worked at Ager Leasing IFN.

Starting with April 2, the position of Chief of Accounting will be filled by Roxana Laura Panaitescu. Panaitescu has over 15 years of experience in finances and accounting. She previously worked as reporting manager for Brau Union Romania (2001 – 2006), financial manager for Accenture services (2006-2008). manager of the department of financial consulting and consolidation at Petrom (2008 – 2009) and finally as senior manager in the Taxes department at KPMG.

Petronel Chiriac was seelected to be the director of Internal Public Audit service at Hidroelectrica. Chioriac is a graduate of ASE, and holds a doctorate in Risk Management. Between 2006 and 2013 he worked Financial Director at Ager Leasing IFN where he coordinate 4 different departments: Credits, Accounting, Financial Audit and Treasury.

Previously, Hidroelectrica’s administrator named a new financial director in the person of Gabriela Mihailescu, former executive director for OTP Bank.
