Catalyst Romania investment fund, managed by 3TS Capital, became a shareholder of game producer Green Horse Games, founded by George Lemnaru and Alex Stroe, through an investment aimed at expanding its activity on other markets.
“As a result of this investment, Catalyst Romania becomes a minority shareholder, the whole fund’s venture being directed towards the company’s growth. The funding will draw the expansion of Green Horse Games on other markets, mainly through marketing activities’ intensification and team growth,” reads a Catalyst release quoted by Mediafax.
The fund did not mention any amount invested in the company nor its stake.
Trade Registry data show that the fund has become the second largest shareholder in the company, Catalyst holding 12.88 percent of Green Horse Games, while George Lemnaru controls 71.67 percent and Malin-Iulian Stefanescu 11.16 percent of the shares.
The remaining capital is held by Andronic Ana-Maria (0.86 percent) and Alex Stroe (3.43 percent).
