CA Immo, Vienna-listed real estate investor, said it reached a deal with Skanska to take over Campus 6.1 office building in Bucharest for around EUR 53 million.
The office building has a gross leasable area of 22,000 square meters and its completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.
“The multi-tenant property is very well located and will be nearly fully let by takeover, clearly supporting our overall financial goals,” said Andreas Quint, CEO of CA Immo.
Campus 6.1 is the first phase of a four-building office complex, Skanska’s second development in Bucharest.
Legal advisers for Skanska were Peli Filip and Dentons. CA Immo was advised by Clifford Chance (legal), PwC (tax, financial) and REC (technical).
CA Immo’s portfolio in Bucharest comprises 106,000 square meters and has a value of around EUR 260 million as of December 2017.
