Francesco Lazzeri has been appointed the new general manager of Enel Green Power Romania, replacing Carlo Pignoloni who completed his three year’s mandate.
Lazzeri managed the Maintenance Services Management Department within the Italian Geothermal Activity of Enel Green Power prior to becoming GM in Romania. He held several positions within Enel Group since 2000.
Lazzeri graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Pisa.
Carlo Pignoloni has been the GM of Enel Green Power Romania since August 2008. Under his mandate, the Romanian subsidiary became an important player in the renewable market, with 269 MW of installed wind capacities at end-2011.
