Simplify, the newest service in the e-fulfillment market from Romania and the only one with the possibility of integrated transport, was launched by KLG Europe. Through Simplify, KLG Europe introduces the concept of an e-commerce-focused business ecosystem to the market. Thus, Simplify offers a solution based on the integration of technology and operational flows, to facilitate the internal processes of an online store.

The latest eMag Marketplace study estimated a 40% increase for the online orders in the first half of 2020, compared to the same period of last year, with most orders being placed in the DIY sections of the site, which almost doubled.

“The way things are evolving at the moment tells us that, in the future, Romanians will buy more and more online. Thus, by using the services offered by Simplify, entrepreneurs will be able to focus more on expanding or increasing profitability and will have more time for their businesses”, considers Cosmin Căpățâneanu, Commercial Director of Simplify.

Being a product of KLG Europe, with over 100 years of experience, Simplify offers online businesses the opportunity to move their logistics and transport processes to a single supplier. This way, each business can benefit from: transport, storage, product packaging, return logistics, but also flexibility by integrating and optimizing existing courier services.

“In the near future we plan to add new features to the platform, such as customer service, online marketing and financing. Also, our objective is to become leaders in the e-fulfillment market in Romania in a maximum of 5 years, and in 3 years Simplify to occupy 25% of the turnover of the logistics service” adds Cosmin Căpățâneanu.

The new Simplify service also provides customers with detailed information on last mile delivery for the final consumer, through Innoship – a platform that optimizes interactions between retailers and couriers, streamlining the costs of courier services and increasing delivery performance through a dynamic allocation of orders to couriers. The collaboration with easySales also helps entrepreneurs, through start-ups technology partnerships and also throughout the collaboration with most marketplaces. Thus, each customer can have direct access to complete information about deliveries made through courier services, but also to real-time reports. Moreover, online store customers need the return of orders to be as easy as the original order, so the platform also improves the management of return orders.

Simplify implements an innovative concept that ensures transparency, operational optimization, lower costs, and development opportunities for online stores. At the same time, Simplify customers will also have the efficiency of the KLG Europe transport network: road, national and international, air, sea or rail. Depending on the daily stocks and volumes, each business receives its own space in the ultra-modern warehouses within Simplify. When orders are received in online stores, Simplify automatically takes over the order and immediately begins its preparation. Thus, the process of choosing and packaging the products, but also their labeling and preparation for delivery are performed by Simplify, which then delivers them to the final customer.
