Bucharest’s Henri Coanda International Airport, the biggest Romanian airport, ranks among the top 5 worst airports in the world, with a score of 6.03 out of 10, according to AirHelp.com’s latest report.
The platform ranked 132 major airports around the world, and the main airport in Bucharest ranked 129th. This is a big downfall from last year, when the Bucharest Airport was on 116th place.
There are just three airports ranking lower than Henri Coanda Airport, in this list: Eindhoven Airport (130), Kuweit Airport (131) and Lisbon Airport (132).
AirHelp Score compares each airport using three different criteria: quality of service, on-time performance, and passenger experience using analysis conducted on Twitter.
Henri Coanda Airport has a score of 6.00 for on-time performance, 6.1 for quality of service and 6 for restaurants and stores, according to AirHelp.
