SmartDreamers gets EUR 1.2 million investment from GapMinder and Catalyst Romania

SmartDreamers, the company specialized in Recruitment Marketing Automation software solutions, received an investment of EUR 1.2 million, following a new round of financing completed in October. The investment round was run by the GapMinder Venture Partners Fund, another part of the capital belonging to the private equity fund Catalyst Romania. Money will be used to expand SmartDreamers operations globally.

Launched in 2014, Startup has succeeded in developing a series of social media recruitment and online community solutions that have been successful among Romanian companies. After the USD 700,000 investment in 2016, the team focused on automating recruitment marketing processes. So far, SmartDreamers optimized the product in CEE and tested several international markets. Currently, the solution is used by global companies in the recruitment marketing process in markets such as Europe, the United States, Singapore and Australia.

“Global recruitment requires the need for automated recruitment marketing solutions, and SmartDreamers has proven it can grow in a fast way. SmartDreamers made the first incursions in the United States and Singapore, engaging people who will ensure business development and expand the customer portfolio. Expansion of operations will continue in Europe, with startup having open positions both in Romania (Bucharest and Tirgu-Mures) and in European cities like Paris, Munich or London.

SmartDreamers offers the Recruitment Marketing Automation solution used by global or growing companies. Launched in 2014, SmartDreamers currently operates in Europe, the United States and Singapore, being used by companies such as UiPath, Genpact, Orange, Eaton, Vodafone and other global players.
