Romanian car GPS tracking start-up atracts Danish investment

Romanian car GPS tracking start-up Tracknamic, based in the western city of Oradea, has attracted an investment from the Danish company Kompetence Skaber Vâkst, according to shareholders decisions published in the Official Gazette.

The Danish firm has acquired 33 percent in Tracknamic from its founders – Ciprian Ciuciu, Istvan Barta and Cristian Gherlea.

The company was founded in Oradea in 2016 and posted total turnover of around EUR 150,000 in 2017, according to Finance Ministry data.
