Greek toy retailer Jumbo reached over 900 employees in Romania in the first half of 2018, as the last two years have seen an expansion on the local market, according to zf.ro.
Last year, Jumbo added two new stores to its portfolio – in Constanta and Suceava – and this year it opened new stores in Bucharest and Bacau. Since its entry on the Romanian market in 2013, Jumbo has opened a total of 12 stores.
In the first half of 2018, Jumbo had a turnover of RON 185.8 million, but is expecting a major boost during the winter holidays.
The retailer has job vacancies in its stores in Bacau, Bucharest, Voluntari and Braila.
