Lagardere Travel Retail Romania will open a new 1 Minute restaurant within the Unirii View office project in February 2019. With a 36-unit network in Romania, 1 Minute is an international “Quick Service Restaurant concept which offers its clients a wide assortment of products focused mainly on Fresh Food, in a location with a modern design and architecture.

Thus, Unirii View expands its retail and leisure offer for both the occupants of the building as well as for pedestrians.

The new 1 Minute unit is located at the ground floor of the office project. The restaurant will offer a variety of fresh cuisine products (sandwhiches, salads, desserts, fresh juices, pastry), as well as a complementary segment of convenience products (tobacco, snacks, soft drinks, fresh coffee, books and magazines).

“By opening a 1 Minute store in this modern office building we continue the expansion of our network in the downtown area of the capital and the major business centres. We are a retailer with a solid know-how in developing and implementing Quick Service Restaurants, coffee shops and other Foodservice concepts, both globally and locally, thus, we design each store taking into consideration the specific needs of the people from the  proximity, and we want to offer a customized offer of products and services, efficiency, comfort and a friendly atmosphere”, stated Petruta Ionita – director marketing & category management, representative of Lagardere Travel Retail Romania.

”Unirii View benefits from an ultra-central location, in the immediate vicinity of wide variety of restaurants and cafes, but the proximity and comfort of the project’s occupants are our top priority. Thus, we’ve outlined a mix of facilities at the ground level of the project in order to meet the needs of the employees through a quick and efficient method”, stated Andreea Paun, managing partner of the real estate consultant Griffes, who is responsible for the commercial strategy and management of Unirii View on an end-to-end basis.
