eMag opened a new showroom inside Mobexpert Baneasa, the biggest showroom for the company so far. In the first weekend from the opening the number of visitors was over 15,000 and the sales totaled over EUR 1 million. The store has an area of 2,400 square meters and the largest range of products exhibited, with a stock valued at EUR 2.2 million.

“Considering the huge amount of eMAG’s digital visits, over one million a day, we’ve been able to communicate effectively online the benefits our customers have in the Baneasa showroom. We have generated a huge volume of traffic and the showroom is an anchor for the commercial development of the retail park,” said Iulian Stanciu, eMAG CEO.

The eMAG showroom in Baneasa, where the latest electronic products, home appliances and toys are available, is located on two levels: the products are exposed upstairs and payment and order picking is done on the ground floor. Also, the showroom visitors benefit from a large parking space.

For the first time in the new eMAG showroom five “shop in shop” stores with premium products have been opened: LEGO, Samsung, NEFF, Miele and Lenovo:

  • The largest range of products in Romania with family-friendly options is available in the LEGO area;
  • In the Samsung dedicated area, visitors find the largest store in mobile shop in Eastern Europe, featuring the latest Samsung products and products;
  • The first NEFF shop in Romania in an electro-IT retailer, where premium kitchen appliances are displayed, also suitable for the most demanding chefs;
  • The first Miele presence in Romania in an electro IT retailer welcomes visitors with the latest premium home appliances;
  • The first Lenovo shop in Romania, where technology enthusiasts can find premium products such as ultraslim and convertible Yoga laptops or Legion gaming devices.
