“Starting from the requests of consumers who wanted natural products in this category as well, nationally, after 3 years of intense work, together with the R&D and production departments, we recently launched what, both for us and our consumers, is “best in product” in this category. We also targeted and reached the most ambitious objective in this category. And the best products deserve the best promotion. As the Maestro range is the direct response to our consumers’ requests, we thought that the idea of promoting those products should also come from them. Therefore, we launched the campaign <> (Probably the best paid job in marketing)”, said Anamaria Bajan, Executive Director Marketing & PR al Caroli Foods Group.

The campaign is taking place between September 26th 2018- February 15th 2019 and targets all Romanians over 16 years old who want to get involved in this endeavor, regardless of their previous experience. They have the possibility to enter the campaign as a CREATOR, by proposing an idea for promoting of the Maestro range with 100 percent natural ingredients, in the form of a movie or a presentation. At the same time, Romanians over 18 years old can express their preferences by voting on the ideas proposed by the Creators, on the platform  www.celmaibineplatitjob.ro.

“As our customers have already grown accustomed to being surprised every time by attractive prizes, this time, we came up with a prize that isn’t actually a prize. It’s a job. Probably the best paid job in marketing. Therefore, the person who will be chosen to be our colleague in the marketing department at Caroli Foods Group will be rewarded with USD 10.000 monthly (for only 10 hours of work weekly) for his/her involvement in the proposed idea,” added Anamaria Bajan.

Moreover, the people that will help choose identifying the right idea will be able to win attractive prizes as well, including a trip to Bali.

The campaign has 3 stages of development, as follows:

  1. Entering and voting the ideas (until January 3rd 2019) – Announcing the best minimum 10 and maximum 17 promotion ideas (until January 5th 2019)
