Judges at the High Court of Cassation and Justice have announced that they will rule on PSD leader Liviu Dragnea’s case on May 29. Dragnea is accused of inciting abuse in office and forgery.

Prosecutors in the Anti-Corruption Agency (DNA) have asked that Dragnea be sentenced to 7 and a half years for inciting abuse in office and 2 and a half years for forgery.

According to the DNA, Dragnea intervened for keeping two persons employed at the Child Protective Services and Social Assistance Agency in Teleorman county, despite being aware that they were actually working at the PSD office in Teleorman.
