Deloitte Romania assisted in transactions exceeding EUR 500 mln in Q2

Deloitte Romania assisted in transactions exceeding half a billion euros in the second quarter of this year, becoming the new leader in the Tax M&A function, the company said in a press release on Monday.

Deloitte M&A has provided support buy-side and sell-side in M&A, due diligence, tax and legal. Supporting the M&A momentum, Deloitte has established a dedicated M&A team in the Tax function led by Alin Chitu, Tax Director.

“We have created a dedicated M&A team in the Tax function to make sure that by specializing our experts we will bring more added value to our clients. The Tax M&A team will work closely with other service lines so that the M&A projects will benefit from a successful multidisciplinary approach,” said Dan Badin, Partner-in-Charge Tax & Legal with Deloitte Romania.
