Ioana Ciocan (Art Safari) joins BR’s Rising Cities. Smart Future

Ioana Ciocan, Director at Art Safari, will join BR’s Rising Cities. Smart Future event on November 27, as a guest speaker.

She will be part of the panel discussion titled “Building communities | We are the cities – a focus on what matters most to make cities more inclusive & sustainable“.

Ioana Ciocan is the General Manager of Art Safari Bucharest, the Vice-president of the Visual Artists’ Union of Romania and an independent curator. Art Safari Bucharest, the largest art event in Romania, had more than 120.000 visitors in the previous five editions (2014-2018). Among many others, Art Safari has partnered with Centre Pompidou, Louis Vuitton Foundation, and Blain|Southern. It is also lending heritage artworks from the Romanian Art Museums (each edition around 20 to 25 museums including The National Museum of Art of Romania) and private collections.

With Rising Cities. Smart Future, Business Review wishes to support and highlight the evolution of the urban space, with everything it encompasses: from technology, transportation, digital transformation, communities, architecture, to sustainability, passionate leadership and culture.
