Cristian Logofatu (Bittnet Group) joins BR's Start-ups vs. Scale-ups roundtable

Cristian Logofatu, the co-founder & CFO of Bittnet Group, the first IT company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, will be a speaker at BR’s Start-ups vs. Scale-ups roundtable event on June 13, between 9 AM – 11:30 AM, at 58 Stirbei Voda Street (5th floor).

In 4 years since listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Bittnet grew from RON 7.5 million in market capitalisation to RON 105 million. In the same period, Bittnet managed to attract EUR 10 million of capital through different capital markets financing mechanisms, funds that were directed into an M&A activity.

Today, Bittnet Group encompasses the following brands: Bittnet Training, Dendrio, ELIAN Solutions and Equatorial and aims for 130 million lei in revenues in 2019. Since listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Bittnet company has received multiple awards for implementing the highest corporate governance and investor relations standards, most notably receiving ‘Best Investor Relations Department in the CEE region’ award during the 2018 CEE Capital Markets Awards.

BR’s Start-ups vs. Scale-ups 2019 is meant to bring international know-how and good practices to Romanian start-ups and scale-ups, from legal experts, investment funds and successful start-uppers and scale-uppers.
