The White Night of Romanian Film – September 20 @ multiple locations

This will be the 10th edition of the yearly event celebrating the latest releases in Romania’s film industry as well as classic films that made cinematic history. Screenings will be available all across Bucharest – some indoors, others in the open air: Cinema Muzeul Taranului Roman, Cinema Elvire Popesco, the Bucharest National Theatre, Rezidenta BRD Scena 9. Apollo111 Theatre, J’ai Bistrot, Goethe Institut – Pavilion 32, Fabrica Gastropub. Bucharest Days: iCelebrate my city & iMapp Bucharest 2019 Winners League – September 21-22 @ Unirii Boulevard & Constitution Square 

This weekend will be marked by the celebration of 560 years since the first documents attesting the city of Bucharest. Over two days, the boulevard and square in front of the Palace of the Parliament will be a source of entertainment for both adults and children, as it will host a series of street events including concerts, theatre performances, food trucks and more. On September 21, from 5 pm onwards, the sixth edition of the international 3D video mapping contest iMapp Bucharest will take place, with opening concerts by Schiller and Waldeck. Mogosoaia Soundcheck Festival – September 20-22 @ Mogosoaia Park

The first edition of this rock festival in Mogosoaia looks like a lot of fun! Taking place by the Mogosoaia Lake, it’s three days of outdoor concerts and theatre performance, street food, a camping area, letting you enjoy the last days of good weather of the year while escaping the city chaos. Septembriada – Bounty Fair autumn edition – September 21-22 @ Casa Universitarilor 

As always, Bounty Fair will bring together the coolest Romanian artists, creators and designers and a series of fun, creative activities to mark the beginning of the new season. Visit the fair to buy carefully handcrafted clothes, accessories, decorations or cosmetics, try out some delicious treats, relax in one of the hammocks. Children will have their own fun and educative workshops that will help develop their creative side.

Last rooftop of the summer – September 22 @ Bucharest Mall

Before the cold weather takes over the city and pushes us towards indoor venues, you’ll get one more chance to enjoy a sunset from a rooftop party, which starts on Sunday at 2 pm on top of Bucharest Mall. Get your tickets here.
