Bucharest Jazz Festival – until July 7 @ George Enescu Square, ARCUB
Bucharest Jazz Festival is the only international festival of this kind in Bucharest, taking place outdoors, and entry is free. It is now at its eighth edition, and was curated by Cristian Soleanu, one of the biggest saxophone players in Romanian contemporary jazz. With its live concerts in George Enescu Square and the related events at ARCUB, the festival attracts over 15,000 participants every year, bringing to the local stage important names from North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Space Adventure Exhibition – until October 15 @ Romexpo
Get ready for the biggest space adventure of your life at this exhibition coming to Romania with lots of interactive games and the full history of space travel. You’ll even be able to find out how it feels to be an astronaut, be in a zero-gravity environment and drive a spaceship!
Bucharest Nightmarket 2019 – July 5-7 @ OPEN Monteoru
This night market will have over 20 sellers bringing all kinds of cool products. It will be open starting with 6 pm and until 3 am, in a nice garden at the heart of the city.
Caravana Metropolis – outdoor cinema – until July 7 @ Arts Island, Titan Park
The travelling cinema is back for its 8th season, to bring some of the best new European films to Bucharest. Each night, beginning at 9:30 pm, there will be a screening of a short French film followed by a full-length film; entry is free. This year, Caravana Metropolis is held as part of the Romania-France Season.
