“I never settled for the ordinary. I’ve always lived life to the full, always demanding more of myself and those I work with. And I’ve always wanted to help make a real difference to the businesses and to the people I meet along the way. Of course that’s not always easy but, life’s too short not to have fun trying.”

Everyone has a story! Everyone has a legacy! What’s yours?

Legacy Leadership® it’s based upon 5 Best Practices and their associated attitudes and behaviors which are common to leaders everywhere.

yellow BP 1 is about examining if your company vision is clear and values are lived by everyone in the organisation. We also look at how your strategy and objectives measure up and if you need to develop them we will help you with that too. BP 1 explores what being a Holder means and how Vision and Values fit within your organisation’s heart beat.

blueCollaboration and innovation are key processes that leaders need to embrace everyday. BP 2 explores, in simple terms, how. This practice is composed of a series of interactive activities where teams learn how to work together, be creative and think “outside the box” on real life business challenges.

redBP 3 can be seen as the heart of Legacy Leadership®. Participants learn the art of storytelling and influence by exploring their personal and professional experience. The focus here is on being an example to others. Participants begin to understand that he/she cannot NOT influence and thus learn to become intentional in their actions.

greenBP 4 captures the essence of difference within a team and how understanding this difference can help develop a healthy organisation. It looks at motivation and what makes each individual function and act the way they do. Key development areas include interdepartmental collaboration, mentoring and building team diversity.

purplleBP 5 is where participants understand the value of Responsibility and Accountability and try to understand the importance that each of them has in a Leader’s life.  An important part of BP 5 are the one-on-one feedback sessions that are based upon real life situations and performance.
